If I could leave -100 stars i for sure would, this man came to my rental house, informed me the pressure switch was the reason my furnace went out, when I told him that has happened every year since i've lived here, he decided to check one more thing. A few minutes later, Tom came in my house and told me that there was a serious issue, and he needed to speak to my landlord right away.So I call the landlord, hand him the phone to hear him in the distance Telling my landlord, I know you've heard the term "The silent killer". Tom proceeds to tell me we are fine to stay in the house, just open the windows, well that would be ok if it weren't December and 20 degrees outside. For over a year now, me and my family have suffered the consequences of this man's negligence, and are living with permanent effects of carbon monoxide poisoning. He should have immediately evacuated the home and called 911 for the fire department to come out, I have photos of Tom's meter that read the carbon monoxide levels in our crawl space at nearly 1500 ppm, be aware this is not the last of my complaint. Ill be taking appropriate action on this matter, as he has standards that must be followed as well!!!

Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire process seamless. Alaina went above and beyond—answering all of our questions thoroughly, keeping us updated on scheduling, and ensuring we felt completely at ease every step of the way. Her communication was clear and timely, and she handled everything with such kindness and efficiency.It’s rare to come across a company where both the technical service and customer support are equally exceptional. This local company is a true gem, and we highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, honest, and outstanding HVAC service.
They are fantastic and affordable(which let's be honest, calling a professional for help is scary enough but fear of the cost can keep you from getting the actual help you need)!!! Starting with Alaina who called me back not long after I left a message(because nothing breaks till after office hours, so I left a message), she was so attentive while I stumbled through trying to explain what was going on, then kept me updated on the arrival of my technician. The technicians themselves were amazing as well. Tom came in and before they even touched my furnace, he called the problem, as soon as they got into it sure enough there was a spider who made his home in my valve blocking my gas flow. They even went above and beyond to secure my thermostat to the wall because the previous installation was loose. I highly recommend them!!! I went so far as to save their number in my phone because I won't be using anyone else if I have a problem.

He provided options and gave me the information I needed to make my choices. Setting up a date and time was simple and I was kept informed through the whole process. Tom and his crew were professional, awesome and performed outstanding quality work. All done in one day, I am totally thrilled with the end result.
