Facemyer Air Conditioning and Heating

I’ve had a great experience with this company, especially because of Noah B. He is always reachable and not only responds in a timely manner, but usually makes it onsite quickly. He is very knowledgeable and is able to diagnose very quickly. Noah’s open lines of communication make it comfortable to understand what is going on and what needs to be fixed.

We have used facemyer for years and have always had good service. Our air handler went out recently and the first technician had trouble diagnosing it. Noah was then sent out and performed a very thorough assessment and thankfully was able to get everything repaired very quickly.

My techician Elijah came in today due the issues I am getting with the a/c compressor constantly going on and off every couple of minutes. This is a whole new ac unit that was installed a couple of days ago. He was able to diagnosed the issue through his meticulously research and problem solving and was able to find out that I did not have a bypass motor installed on my 2 story home. It was completely missed for years from previous a/c company. Once he was able to figure it out told me my next steps on what to do. He was great and professional the whole way. Looking forward to continuing my business with him and this company. So far they have been great to talk to and to work with.
