My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Dial One Sonshine today! Kevin (our service repairman) and his boss Ken were incredibly patient, relatable, and knowledgeable. From start to finish, they took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

We came in knowing very little about water softeners, leak detection, or regulators — and they walked us through every option thoughtfully, helping us make a confident decision to protect our home. What stood out most was how genuinely cared for we felt. There was no pressure — just honest guidance and real professionalism. Thank you for helping us to make a good decision to choose you guys!

Matty arrived to do our furnace maintenance. He is very professional and personable. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and why. It wasn’t rushed and we felt like he was very thorough.

UODATE***. As agreed at the first visit, Matty returned to install a larger intake grill in our entryway that had never had a filter. This was not a simple task as our walls are plaster rather than drywall. He told us it would take about two hours. At the end of two hours, he had completed the task, removed the protective drapes, and vacuumed the entire area — exactly as he had promised. He is a pleasure to work with and obviously takes great pride in providing excellent service.

We cannot say enough good things about this plumbing father and son team. This was a huge job that took several long days, and from start to finish Sheldon Sr. and Kalani worked incredibly hard, efficiently, and with remarkable care. They put in long hours, stayed focused, and were completely tenacious about seeing the job through to a successful completion.

What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They treated our home with respect, kept the work area as clean and organized as possible throughout a very challenging project, and never cut corners. Even when complications came up, they calmly problem-solved and kept moving forward.

This was not an easy job, and they handled it with skill, determination, and pride in their work. We are deeply grateful for their dedication and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.
