We had an A/C system installed at our business location in Ventura and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked us through the entire process, kept the workspace clean, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. I had a problem with my thermostat and I was trying to install a Google Nest myself and couldn’t. They came right away to the rescue to help me & install. Taught me how to use the app & Nest. Very helpful. Next time I’ll call the pros first. No more DIY
This is the second time I had Crocker heating and air-conditioning out to my home and both times were very good experiences. The first time was for an air-conditioning problem that the tech, Austin, evaluated and solved at a very reasonable cost. This time was a heating problem that turned out to be associated with the wiring of a nest thermostat. The tech, Austin, quickly identified the problem and corrected So that the heating worked properly.I’m very satisfied with Crocker service and will continue to use them in the future.
