I worked with ProMax  to replace our central HVAC system. My experience with the ProMax team was exceptional. What stood out was their willingness to work with me to design a system that fits our needs, as well as their promptness, professional behavior and speed of execution.

Our project involved removing the existing ducting from the crawlspace and adding new ducts in the attic along with a new Mitsubishi heat-pump-based central AC+Heat system. While other vendors said that we may be without heat for 3-5 days, the Promax team worked overtime to install the replacement within two days.

Slava was also very patient while we were designing our system, sharing multiple choices, incorporating our feedback, and answering a ton of questions.

Our household is very happy with the new system, and I strongly recommend Promax for your HVAC needs.

I usually don't like to work with structured companies when dealing with my home repairs. But Pro Max is that rare company that is actually there to support the customer, rather than put up a wall between me and the people working on my home. I felt I had the whole team working on my furnace.
My furnace was not an easy fix. Response times were very quick.. They were more available than I was.. They were extremely communicative with emails and texts and follow up; always providing a phone number and a name, and always courteous and friendly. I had 5 or 6 phone calls back and forth with Nick one morning with questions and explanations and decisions.
And they were truly professional in their craft. When the first part that they replaced did not fix the problem they applied what I had already paid to the cost of the next part and repairs. (Yes, I checked the price from other sources) These are people who really stand behind their work. Thank you, Max, Nick, Anna, and Kostas!

Slava did initial evaluation and estimate, he was very knowledgeable, experienced and was spot on on how linesets and other communications should be routed. Installation took about 2 days and was very clean and professional. I will highly recommend for any HVAC needs.
