United HVAC service is really top notch, especially Tony, who has been to our homes many times whenever we have questions, or there's inspection, HERS test, and he's always so responsive and polite. And they have dedicated permit and rebate department too to help us get all potential possible rebate. I highly recommend United for any HVAC service/installation.
I have my HVAC and tankless water heater installed with United Plumbing and I also worked with them on annual/semi-annual maintenance and inspection. I have always been happy working with them. The customer support team is very responsive and helped answered all my questions. The technician team always show up on time and very experienced, professional, detail-oriented and do a great job. I am always appreciate their support and service that made my life much easier and better.
I would give United HVAC 5 stars. The technicians were nice and did quality work in order to upgrade my HVAC system (Outside AC unit and attic Heat pump). They took a bit longer to finish, but so far, I'm happy with their services.
This is not the first time that I have hired United to handle my house works. This round is about some plumbing issues which required significant amount of work that included decades old cast iron pipes under my crawl space and front lawn. United has been super responsive to my inquiries and was able to provide a very reasonable quote. Their crew was nothing short of professional and has done an amazing work not just to replace the pipes, but also able to restore my lawn as almost as it was before the trench dig-up job started. Anton, Shawn, Helen, and several of their leadership have been such a pleasure to work with and will I go back to United? Big YES for me for sure.
