Kevin was very punctual and texted me 20 minutes before arrival. My 1986 panel ready side-by-side Sub-Zero freezer and refrigerator were having to be set at the coolest setting in order to keep food at the recommended temperature of 0 degrees F for the freezer and 38-40 degrees F for the refrigerator. So before they failed I wanted to see what the repair/replacement parts would be. Kevin explained everything and gave me various options. We decided to go for the full boat which was replace condenser fan motor, more efficient blades and thermostat. The total cost was $1,104. Our Sub-Zero is in great shape for it's age. A new 48" side-by-side Sub-Zero would cost about $15,000 and we are not ready for that yet. Besides new Sub-Zeros are a little bit different size and a new one may not fit. He also showed us that the door gaskets had some small tears and splits, so we should keep and eye on them. The installation and replacement of the gaskets will be $400 when we decide to do it.

Manny and JC are the only ones I trust! I have used them for five years and as a Realtor, I have recommended them to my clients…so it’s important to me that they are the best. I have my Sub Zero and HVAC serviced every six months(very important!). They are fair, reasonable and don’t find fake problems. Manny is knowledgeable, efficient and very kind.
