Our tech was Charlie, since greeting him at the door, he was so friendly. When I made the appointment at Costco, I just needed my HVAC unit to be checked. Charlie was awesome. He checked the thermostat and confirmed it works good. Checked the filter, good. And then he went up the roof to check the actual unit, I did not expect that but he did. Charlie took some pictures from the unit, and provided me with some very important information about the unit. Thank you Rowland Air, and especially big THANK YOU TO CHARLIE.

Had my unit serviced for the first time with Rowland Air and the Brian J. was a great technician. He was very punctual with his arrival time and spent a good amount of time servicing both my Heat and A/C unit.. After his deep and detail inspection of the units he explained the system in great detail and followed up with pictures and explanations for a better understanding! After the dialogue he made great recommendations to keep my system safe and running properly! This was my first experience with this company and I am very satisfied with today’s service!
