Today I had Maintenance scheduled for my furnace, A/C and hot water heater. The Tech was Mark and I was very satisfied with his demeanour and knowledge. He informed me my hot water heater was 16 years old and since it was in close proximity to my furnace I should consider getting a quote to replace. I was thankful for his suggestion as I had no idea of the age of the heater. I have scheduled to have it replaced before problems arise…. Thanks Mark

Noticed our AC was struggling to keep the house cool in the tail end of the summer of 2024. It was cool enough outside that we shut it off for the rest season. It slipped our minds until recent and wanted to have it checked before the summer starts to prevent any further damage. We decided to go with Marks' Comfort Tech, since we heard so many amazing experiences/things about them. They came and asked the right questions, told them about my concerns. They did the maintenance/repairs and gave me the breakdown of what happen and what was repaired afterwards. Also, the tech was very friendly and attentive. I was left feeling relieved that it was all sorted. 11/10 would use them again and would recommend. I ended up signing up for their annual maintenance.

I have used Mark's Comfort Tech multiple times; to install a new gas fireplace, for a/c inspection and repair and furnace repair. They are one of the only companies I trust to do only the necessary repairs and never overcharge. Any of the employees that have worked in my home are knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend!!
