Worst experience!!! I called on a Saturday for help with a failing furnace and I was given an appointment on Monday morning 9-1pm, promising that they would make a note of the urgency and make it work at the earliest (9am itself if possible) on Monday. I did not hear from anyone till 11am Monday and called and I was told the technician is out and will be there. Another hour I called with no luck and still no one came.. again around 1pm I called and, the rep told me he couldn't do anything, as all he can see is the technician is running late. He promised me that he will check and get back in 30 mins, and days past , still no response/follow up. Of course I had to rely on some other company. I can't believe how such firms can get 5 star ratings.
