I was met with professionalism, from the initial contact. With the temperatures dipping into the minus 30’s, I was clearly concerned, but I was comforted, and assured that they would be sending a truck, shortly. It went from a scene of relief, with the initial professionalism, to recognizing true integrity. When your furnace fails in such extreme conditions, the last thing a person is thinking, is what it may cost, all you want is to have a warm home again. When TemperaturePro informed us that our repair was covered under warranty, it was a very pleasant surprise. The fact that they took the time research the warranty, spoke volumes to the integrity of the company.
