A+ experience with the installation of our new HVAC system. Ross is very knowledgeable, quickly follows up with information, responds to inquiries in a reasonable time, and was respectful of our property. Ross contacted me inquiring about the duct installation project I placed on another website. Ross won me over with his responsive communications and fair quote. He was flexible in his scheduling. I was pleasantly surprised he and his helper arrived on time on the scheduled date with new ducting and registers, when I had planned to reuse the ones I had and previously purchased. He was able to use a different duct interface, when it was determined the original 90 degree duct-wall interface planned would have interfered with the header. He and his helper completed the job within about four hours, including a lunch break. Overall I am pleased with every step in this process, and would recommend them for future work.
