Last week I woke to the smell of burning plastic and no heat. After ensuring that the house wasn’t on fire, I called Comfort Pride Services. Pete sent Julio out the same day to assess the problem.Turns out the control board fried and took out the blower motor. So, we needed a new furnace.Pete was able to install a new system that met our needs and budget the next day.Julio and Mish arrived bright and early. They quickly, efficiently and respectfully installed the new furnace. Pete even stopped by to check the status of the installation.Before leaving, the work area was cleaned and the team ensured that the system was working properly.My husband and I are very pleased with Comfort Pride Services.They provided “national” company level expertise with the care and customer service of a local company.
Pete and his crew did a fantastic job and saved my mom a bunch of money! My mom's furnace went out on a cold, cold day. So she called a BIG heating company (with all the TV commercials). They promptly sent out their slickest salesman who said her heater was going to kill her with carbon monoxide and sold her a new heater, and air conditioner to boot. Once we kids found out we called Comfort Pride Services and Pete came out, gave a fair price on a new furnace, and said mom probably didn't need an air conditioner (definitely not an emergency air conditioner) and said he could come back in the spring to reassess cooling needs.Pete's crew came out the next day to install the furnace. They did a great job, clean fast efficient, nice and professional crew members. We were able to cancel the BIG bill and Comfort Price Services saved the family almost $10,000. The new furnace is working great and mom loves the new, simple thermostat.

Pete is amazing, he deserves every 5 star review he gets…and that’s a lot of them! He came out to try to fix something he was pretty sure wasn’t possible to fix but lo and behold, he did! He will send someone out or come himself to check on it tomorrow to make sure it working properly I can pay at that time. It’s hard to find honorable and thorough electricians these days so you can feel comfortable using this company for any service they offer.
