The two techs who came out, Luis and Riley, were very polite and did a very thorough job. They explained in detail what they were doing and why. I bought the system from Ragano and I’ll only use them to service it. Great company.
Ragano Heating & Air Conditioning Inc did an all around amazing job with my furnace install. They re-worked the ducts, making it look better and also more practical. I no longer have to duck down when I enter the laundry room. They also re-worked the exhaust to avoid potential issues down the road. The crew worked from 7:45am until 9pm due to all the issues they encountered and didn’t leave until it was resolved. Very honest and hard working people. Reasonably priced and the service was fantastic.
We had a furnace that was over 20 years old and was hoping to get one more winter out of it but that was not the case. Ragano Heating and Air was referred to us by a friend and I'm glad they did. It was a great experience all around from scheduling an appointment and quickly coming out the next morning, reviewing the quote and all my questions and the quick turn around time to get my new HVAC system installed, especially around the holidays. Jerry and his team were very professional as they came in explaining what they would do, answering all my questions as they removed the old furnace and AC. They took the time to customize the duct work, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical to make everything look clean, neat, and functional. They were very respectful of my home and very clean as they laid runners and drop clothes all over as they worked in and out of the house throughout the day and cleaned up nicely as they finished up. They even took the time to go over everything they did explaining what was done and how everything worked. I highly recommend John with Ragano and Jerry's team as they did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier with everything from the service, to the installation and the product itself. I used Ragano Heating when my furnace stopped working yesterday overnight. They were able to send the technician out the same morning. Estaban did very good job with the diagnostic and not only he cleaned the parts but also washed it and explained how it works. Best part is that he found that in my Google Nest app the furnace was configured as a single stage furnace even though I have Trane brand high efficiency two stage furnace. He changed the settings in the app to use two stage and explained that it will work efficiently now as a two stage. I highly recommend Ragano Heating company.
I have been dealing with Ragano for over 20 years and have had them out to a couple of my properties to perform seasonal service as well as to replace full systems. I’m impressed with their way of doing business, from the knowledgeable techs to the open and honest way they deal with customers, to the fair prices and overall trustworthiness.
