Needing to establish a heating maintenace program, I looked into several local providers. I chose Adams bc of the professionalism of their front line person. Steve and Cody arrived this morning, prompt, personable and professional. They performed routine maintenance on my system, replaced an item that threatened to become an issue before the end of the heating season, and helped develop a plan for the beginning of the next heating season. Steve was honest and above board about the system's needs and potential cost, and I learned a lot in the process!
Excellent Service as always for my 8 unit apartment building They have always responded fast whether night or day. Technician David L. And his partner were knowledgeable. They clean all there debris after. The sales manager Cliff came out and recommended the proper furnace and the price was the best in town. I highly recommend Adams for your residence or business.
After getting four estimates I decided on Adams Heating & Cooling to replace my 33 year old furnace and 22 year old hot water heater. Never used Adams before, but they seemed to give me the best options for price and quality.David, Will and Souraj, who were my techs, arrived on time and did a very clean, neat, professional job and kept me updated on everything they were doing. I am one who likes to watch while the work is being done and these three worked very well together and seemed to be actually enjoying the work that they were doing.Overall, I am very happy with the work done and would highly recommend Adams Heating and Cooling.
Update: Just got more work done this time plumbing. David and London who were my techs did a quick and thorough job of installing my new water heater, expansion tank, and the humidifier to the HVAC system. The both of them were very professional, keeping me updated with progress. Overall very happy with the work Adams Heating and Cooling has done for me thus far.Last year I had my furnace replaced by Adams and out of the other places I look they were the best options for price and quality.Its been a year and I just had one of their technicians (Nick Persaud) come and do the winter maintenance on it. He did a thorough job on it, cleaning out any areas that may have needed it and adding cleaner as well. It was not just a quick in and out.

My husband I are incredibly impressed by the exceptional professionalism these two gentlemen provided. I would recommend Adams Heating to anyone that might be considering purchasing a mini split for their home or service to an existing mini split or furnace. I found them to be honest, dependable and a great company to deal with.
