I had an excellent experience with Aircon Heating and Cooling Services. My HVAC control panel failed and needed to be replaced. At first, my home warranty insurance refused to cover it, but thanks to technician Marc, it was taken care of. He knew exactly how to communicate with the warranty company and was able to get the repair fully approved and covered — which saved me a lot of stress and money.

After replacing the control panel, Mark reprogrammed it and even contacted the manufacturer directly to make sure everything was done properly and according to their specifications. He didn’t rush — he took the time to verify that every part of the system was working perfectly before he left.

Mark arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and showed real pride in his work. It’s rare to find service this professional, honest, and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Mark and Aircon Heating and Cooling Services. They truly go the extra mile, and I will absolutely use them again!

We had some water coming from part of our furnace, he was able to easily identify and fix it and he also gave me a complete walkthrough on year furnace maintenance and what I as a homeowner can do for myself to keep up with things. He checked out our air conditioner outside as well for good measure. Didnt try to oversell anything but just made appropriate recommendations and made me aware of the services/member programs they offer. Would definitely contact again for any future needs

Mr. Mark, the Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He clearly explained the repair process and answered all my questions without trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. He fixed the issue on the same day. The price was very reasonable. His honest and trustworthy approach means I wouldn't use anyone else for my hvac needs. Highly recommend to everyone!
