Marc the technician was very thorough and honest with everything. We had some water coming from part of our furnace, he was able to easily identify and fix it and he also gave me a complete walkthrough on year furnace maintenance and what I as a homeowner can do for myself to keep up with things. He checked out our air conditioner outside as well for good measure. Didnt try to oversell anything but just made appropriate recommendations and made me aware of the services/member programs they offer. Would definitely contact again for any future needs
