I used Grasshopper last May to service my air conditioning and was very pleased with the experience. The price was very reasonable, and I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me again this month to schedule maintenance for my furnace, which was included in the fee I paid in May. Matt arrived on time and spent about an hour and a half thoroughly checking and servicing the unit. I was happy with the AC service in May, and I’m just as pleased with the furnace service now. Great follow-up and excellent customer care.

I recently bought and house and wanted to have the furnace tuned up and talk about possibly installing AC splits/heat pump. It was super easy to schedule an appointment. They had a availability that fit my schedule. The tech, Kyle called when he was on his way. I also got a text with his photo which is a nice touch so you know who to expect. The tuneup was very thorough. Kyle explained a lot about my boiler system to me (had electric for years) and how to keep it running smoothly. He gave it a really thorough cleaning! Making small talk it became apparent that Grasshopper really invests in their people and his training sounded very extensive. The price for the tuneup was great! Very happy with the service and Kyle. His supervisor Kelvin gave the estimate for the new system and thoroughly explained the options for service agreements to keep it going smoothly and efficiently. Really friendly guy who was more than willing to answer all my questions about everything from brand they use to install to warranty to service plans. Really happy with the service I got from grasshopper! I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. I do want more estimates on the splits but I would have no qualms using grasshopper for the upgrade if their price is competitive. 10/10 visit.

I had another excellent experience with Grasshopper Heating and Cooling, thanks to Jeremy C., who came out for the annual service and inspection of my tankless water heater. I'm a repeat customer and continue to be impressed with their service.

The system was running great, and Jeremy confirmed everything was operating exactly as it should. What really stood out was how clearly he explained each step of the inspection as he went along. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood what he was checking and why, which I really appreciated.

Jeremy was extremely polite and professional in my home, respectful around my family, and even great with our dogs. He was punctual, friendly, and left the work area clean when he finished.

Grasshopper continues to earn my trust, and Jeremy is a big reason why. He's an excellent technician and a great representative of the company. I highly recommend Grasshopper - and if you have the chance, ask for Jeremy C.
