My wife and I have been using Mark and his crew for several years now. We had an issue at the old house with the drain lines constantly clogging up and shutting off the A/C, Mark came out and took care of us right away.Since then we have moved to another home, but still have the old one. We have Mark and his crew come out twice a year to deal with the drain lines, and keep the A/C units in top shape. They discovered a mold problem in one of the A/C handlers upstairs in the attic, and not only suggested a fix, but handled it, and for far lower than I was expecting the cost to be.Mark and his crew not only tell you how things are going, he takes photos to send to you. If Mark charges you a dollar you get a dollar ten in work. I am so glad I found him, and will never use another service.He makes my wife feel comfortable by answering all of her questions in a friendly manner, and explains things she does not understand. Mark gets back to you very quickly and when I see his crew, I know the job is going to be done right, on time, and to spec.His crew comes in and leaves the house clean, and just as it was before they were there. Today they came out, and we asked if they would also check something in the gutter at the front of the house, not only did they do so, but they removed an obstruction. Now that is service.I have recommended him to literally loads of people who need a quality, reliable, honest A/C service company. When my wife is comfortable with a company, you know they are doing something right!Now Mark has his quirks, he always tells us to change the filters on a regular basis, since he says it adds life to the unit, and keeps problems from occurring. So we change the filters regularly as he suggests.You cannot go wrong at all with this company, and he has earned in both work and trust the five star rating here. I just wish I could make it a six star rating.

I called Mark last night at 8pm and thankfully he answered and came right over after finishing a job!! We just moved into a new rental house this week and our AC froze over. The AC wasn't working well when we moved in and asked our landlord to look at it. We turned it down to a reasonable temperature but by the time the AC company came, it was frozen. They turned off the unit and let it thaw and it turned back on just fine. They said it was going to go out again and they were replacing it the next day and we needed to pay half because we broke it and they would contact their lawyer. We were in a panic and needed someone to take pictures of the AC before they removed it and all the evidence was gone!Mark was so kind and said I could take pictures myself to save money, but I asked that he come out since I did not know what I was looking at. He took great photos and wrote up a report for me. He explained everything that was wrong with the 15 year old system and showed how rusty the coils were which would have caused the system to freeze over. Mark really made me feel much better since I had an expert’s opinion. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. His prices were very reasonable especially for coming on such short notice late at night.I would definitely recommend.
Mark and his helper were just so awesome! My AC went out just last night and I called him early this morning and he managed to come out just a few hours later. He answered all my questions and explained everything so clearly. Very respectful, professional, and outstanding customer service! Pricing was fair and reasonable! I definitely recommend Mark!
