My unit is now running excellent, all issues were resolved. The technician Jacob did an excellent job servicing my ac unit and informing me of regular service I can do myself to ensure the units runs properly 24/7. He has proven that he is extremely capable & knowledgeable. Jacob deserves all the recognition from all levels of leadership and management.
Johnathan was VERY thorough in his maintenance check of the A/C system. In fact, he may have been the Only technician that crawled into our attic to check the duct work. He was very pleasant and personable, and I would recommend him highly. Hope he is the one who returns the check the heating system in the fall.

I would like to say how much I have appreciated Jason G. being the Service Tech who has come out to work on my home’s A/C and Heating. He is very knowledgeable and has been so professional and great in the very difficult situation I had initially with my newly installed A/C unit back in Aug/Sep 2025 timeframe. Now after 6- months Jason did a complete check…he takes the time to explain and answer all my questions so I feel comfortable with everything before he leaves. I do feel that Beyer Boys stands behind their products and provides the customer service as I have seen thru Jason G.
