Unlike another HVAC company I first contacted, which only attempted to fix my AC issue that lasted only 30days, G1 Air responded quickly and delivered real, lasting results.
Shout out to Robert! He is truly a professional and a subject matter expert. He carefully explained every detail about the potential issues with my AC and methodically troubleshot each area to find the root cause. Robert didn’t just ‘put in hours’—he worked with dedication until the job was done right.
What impressed me most is that G1 Air goes above and beyond their posted hours to make sure the customer’s system is fully functional, and their pricing is more than fair. Unlike other HVAC companies that advertise “24/7” but fail to deliver, G1 Air is realistic and flexible, tailoring their service hours around the customer’s schedule. That flexibility helped me tremendously.
