Patrick came out today to service our air conditioner and did an outstanding job. He showed up on time, was professional and respectful of our home, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why it mattered. He thoroughly inspected and serviced the system, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left.It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with great customer service, but Patrick absolutely does. Today I had both Thomas Harwood and Jerry come out for my annual maintenance for my heat pump. They were so friendly, efficient and professional.
