While writing a glowing report about Hannebery in November I am back to report that my brand new Goodman heat pump they installed/recommended “malfunctioned” causing the board of the defroster to go therefore “freezing” up my system. While it is under warranty I had to use emergency heat in my home for 5 days straight causing my kilowatts to “triple” per PECO as Hannebery did not have the “part” in stock. In addition, Hannebery would not come out and install the new board until I “defrosted” the Unit. Neither Hannebery nor Goodman has offered me anything other than the two of them pointing the fingers at each other. I do not believe this is good customer service and thought it be best for the public to know my experience and frustrations.

Added whole house heating and cooling. Was not an inexpensive project. However, the value recieved was tremendous. The employees were wonderful to work with.
If a need arises, we will certainly spend our hard earned money with Hannaberry.

Entire home install with a 4 ton dual zone system. Everything was installed about 18 months ago. Nothing but problems. We’ve had 4 major failures so far, and at the worst possible times. When we call for service, they give us an appointment 10-14 days away. We’ve had yet to have them come out. I’m completely dissatisfied with this system. We spend over $30k on this system and I hate it because there is no reliability. I’m hoping hannabery will make this right and I can change this review, because as of right now I’m about to take this system to a junk yard.

Follow up to the business owner response:
We cancelled the service because your lead out time was 2 weeks in the middle of a heat wave. We got someone else to come out and they didn’t do anything. I was given another 10 day lead time for this last issue, and not until I signed up for your auto renewal service would anyone come out any sooner. And you’ve done nothing to stand by your products or work. All this money I paid for a brand new system that has caused nothing but frustration and you don’t even stand by your work. I’m being charged by you for every little visit and thing you replace. You should be out here fixing this immediately and it shouldn’t cost me anything. A system that was $33k, 1-1/2 years old, and failing as frequently as this is criminal. You should do right by your customers and stand by your work.

Follow up from the service. Two visits, one for $140 and another for $475 to replace a fan that we aren’t even sure was faulty. No warranty or any measures taken by hannabery to even attempt to do right by their work or their warranty. I’m incredibly disappointed I’ve spent all this money on this terrible system.

I had my A/C system completely replaced by Hannabery and I have to say I was very impressed with their installers, Dave and Evan, and my salesman Joe. They were all VERY professional. Their price was very competitive as well. It was a great experience and overall a great experience with Hannabery in general. They take pride in their work. I'm really glad I decided to go with Hannabery. You guys are top notch!
