Inferior air conditioning, despite being promoted as the best option during sales. Numerous problems necessitate frequent maintenance. Poor after-sales service and questionable billing. Extremely rude administrative staff. Absolutely avoid this place; look elsewhere.
The system has been installed since December 2020 and is super efficient, whether heating or cooling. This is the second unit I've purchased from this company; their service is exceptional and unavailable in our region.
