I've held back my review until January 28, 2020, to give the best possible opinion on these units and their service.I'm truly delighted with the performance of these units and the low electricity consumption, truly impressive.The installation service is impeccable. Two professionals at their best, looking for the best solution to reduce the hum of the wall-mounted unit. A complete explanation of the control knob and the cleaning of the three filters took two weeks and three months.A small personal note: the control isn't backlit, and there's no display on the unit to indicate the heating or cooling demand, so one star less. Perhaps for the new models to come.****.
