After reading all the accolades for Climatisation Roger Demers, I am somewhat surprised at having to write this review because of my dissatisfaction with their customer service.The installation of our mini-split heat pump system was very good and even the initial response to our service repair needs for a leaking interior unit was quick and efficient. However, the service repair determined there was a broken drain pan and that part required ordering. The technician explained the issue and performed a temporary repair noting that the drain pan was to be ordered for a follow up repair. Comments during the repair were that this was not a typical problem and the break may have occurred during installation. The temporary repair was done at the end of July and performed under warrantee.As we had not heard anything back on when the repair would be completed near the end of August, I initiated a call to the service department to get a status on the part and expected return service call. I was informed I would receive a call back. No call back was received. It is now into October; I have called weekly and sent Emails simply trying to get an update of the status for the service repair. I still have not received any call back or any communication from Climatisation Roger Demers. It is now over two months since the original repair and 8 weeks of contacting them every week (sometimes multiple times in the same week).This is a failure in Customer Service from the back-office staff, particularly Parts & Service. It seems that the unified team dedicated to providing the best customer service is broken in this instance.
