Honestly, I'm very satisfied. With all the negativity circulating in our lives these days, I felt it was important to share my experience. I don't usually do this, but I think it's worthwhile. They installed a unit for me 15 years ago, and I went back for a new machine. The service was very friendly and highly professional. Knowing full well that reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, I still hope this one catches the eye of someone looking for a good, family-run, and attentive company.

Not a good experience. Thank you to Remy Felteau for his effort to fix an issue but the rude treatment from a key staff member wil not be forgotten. Reminded too often ' we were not a client ' even though their brand was on our equipment. If you want to expand your business....being nice is a good start! Finally we went to a major competitor who within 4 days installed a new system. We expected better from Felteau.
