Technician's were very good at installing my two units. They both were friendly and experienced. The wait time for installation was three weeks, would like to have had them sooner. Overall A+.
We had a noise problem with the heat pump inside the house. The service was impeccable; even though it took some time, they never left us with the problem and resolved it perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
I had an excellent experience with GNR, especially with Joël who gave me a great price thanks to the Logis Vert grant; I got a top-of-the-line machine for half price. I have nothing but praise for the installers too; they even took the time to put a moving blanket on the floor to protect it.
