I had a wonderful experience with All Climate, and the technician, Qi, was truly outstanding. He was professional, kind, and patient, and he took the time to clearly explain how to prevent furnace overheating—something no one else had ever done. That extra care really meant a lot to me.

What impressed me most was his expertise. Two other highly rated vendors had worked on my furnace but never fully fixed the issue. Qi quickly identified the root cause and resolved it for good. Qi quickly identified the real cause and carefully explained how the fan coil system works and why it wasn’t a water heater issue. He spoke both English and Chinese clearly, which made everything easy to understand. Qi was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. The inspection fee was also very reasonable. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend his service!
