Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. The positives are that they came to my home promptly. And overall, installation of HVAC was very good. However, they failed to secure the insulation around ducts, leaving gaps where cold air escaped into my attic for 2 years. They also failed to seal with silicon or spongy foam where cold air escaped and condensate dripped around pipes and drain line for 2 years. On call-back for repairs, all 3 of their technicians overlooked these errors, and it took a new HVAC company to correct these things. Also, only 1 of their 3 technicians who I’ve had was courteous to deal with. And 1 man was downright surly. I hope other customers have better luck than I had.
