Both Technicians that came to my home to check my units were very polite, friendly and professional. I was happy that they both wore special shoes to walk inside my home! They explained everything they were doing and even showed me options on my heating system that I didn’t realize I had! They assisted with my heating system and later performed maintenance on my HVAC. I am very pleased with this company. Even the young ladies that answer the phones are very friendly. And let me note that the first Technician came out when we were in the middle of the snow storm and many roads were closed and no one else would come out and I had no heat - he fixed the issue. I highly recommend Pioneer Comfort Systems.
My family and I are so so grateful for each technician that came to our home the last two days! And the really sweet technician that came out to our home in the middle of the night to diagnose our issue ( Brayden)! As summer is near it’s started to get super warm outside ?? and thankfully Pioneer Comfort Systems made it their mission to get our system back up and cooling! They also brought it to our attention our 1” filter was not cutting it so thankfully we are now fully updated to the Peps filtration much bigger much better filter upgrade! Again thank you to the office staff and the wonderful technicians Malik, Matthew, Levi and Brain and Mr. Bobby for everything!

We had a great experience with Pioneer Comfort Systems, especially Darius. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. The office kept us informed, and I really appreciated receiving a text with Darius’s picture before he arrived—it immediately made us feel comfortable and prepared for the visit.Darius was professional, courteous, and very thorough while working on our air conditioner. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was handled correctly.Pioneer truly lives up to their reputation for honesty and the white-glove treatment they advertise. It’s clear they care about their customers and their homes. We will definitely continue using Pioneer and highly recommend Darius and the entire team.
I had a “service required” message show up on my thermostat when I turned my furnace on (Carrier). My son has used Pioneer in the past and we have been very impressed with their work so we called them for a service call. Not only were they able to make the service call in the same day, but they also informed us of a “special” they had where they would waive the service call fee ($137) if we would donate 5 non-perishable food items, which they give to needy families. The service tech informed us they do this for a week or so during the fall every couple of years (pretty amazing). Regarding the service call, I was extremely impressed with the technician. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained each step as he diagnosed the problem and (because of my curiosity) explained things about my system that I didn’t know. My particular problem involved dirt dobbers nesting in a gas vent which caused an issue with a sensor. Even after he had the system up and running he continued to check things (including the exhaust flue in the attic) until he found the cause of the problem (dirt dobbers). My experience with other techs in the past is that they typically quit looking after the system is running correctly. So in my opinion Brian went above and beyond. Finally, he was very pleasant to deal with. I have no problem recommending Pioneer to others.
