Craig with Air King is a true professional. We had water leaking from our indoor unit in the attic, and I feared the worst. Craig went up there, diagnosed it quickly, and found it was just a severely clogged condensate drain line. He used a special tool to flush the line completely and checked the drain pan. He explained how to maintain it going forward. Honest, fast, and very clean work.
Anthony did a fantastic job repairing our heater. He inspected the heat exchanger, replaced a damaged sensor, and made sure the airflow was balanced. Our house warmed up fast, and the unit sounds quieter now. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Air King techs were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. I hired them to do an annual checkup for my two AC units and they quickly identified and repaired some minor issues at a reasonable cost. Having one guy in the attic and the other checking out the outdoor units is more efficient and ultimately saves time for the customer. We needed a brand new 50gal water heater for our home. I called a number of different companies a lot were very pricey and very pushy.
