So the story goes on… after a week , I could not get the thermostat to work ( it died too) so consequently ….. no air and of course, the first heat wave had hit Simi! I called late afternoon and Keith and Ayden were there the next morning with a brand new thermostat!
I can’t even tell you how much I recommend this business!!!! Professional, experienced and friendly as all get out!!!

I'm so impressed!! On one of the hottest days of the year, I didn't expect anyone could even get to my house for a few days. I called at 2 pm today. I missed his return call a few times, called him back and he arrived at my house ready to help at 8:30 pm the same day! He fixed my issue and my AC works perfectly. Had a good experience using this company, and Keith has a lot of integrity.

I was having AC issues, and of course it was on a 90 degree day. Called their number, spoke with a nice lady and received a call from Keith within the hour. Keith showed up about an hour after our call, which was huge. I had called two other companies, but Keith was by far the quickest responder, which is important on a hot day. He fixed the AC and went on his way.

Shortly after he left, the AC wasn't acting quite right. I called Keith to let him know, and he assured me that it wasn't a problem and he'll take care of it that day. Staying true to his word, he returned a couple of hours later to fix the issue. Within minutes, the AC was back up and running, and the issue turned out to be a cheaper problem than previously thought, so he gave me a credit to my bill! Very pleased overall and currently enjoying the ice cold air.
