Matt answered our call and first had us check a few things before he made the service call. He had to come to our home. He was very courteous and prompt. He looked over our furnace and was able to fix the problem. He explained the issue and potential problems to watch for down the road, given the age of our furnace. Thank you Matt!

We were getting ready for the 4th of July when we noticed our AC wasn’t keeping up. A quick call to Zach, and he came out right away. He found it was low on Freon and had a bad terminal. Our geothermal heat pump was over 20 years old (originally installed by Anderson’s), and Zach was honest—he said the repair might last 5 days or 5 years. It lasted a week.

We then worked with Greg, his secretary, and Zach to order a new unit. As soon as it arrived, Zach and his amazing team spent two full days at our home installing it professionally and flawlessly.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this company. They are kind, caring, responsive, honest, and their work is high-quality. My husband has used them in his own work and has recommended them many times I know I can’t say enough good about them! You will not find this good “home town” business anywhere else. I honestly didn’t think it existed. Anderson Heating and Cooling proved me wrong and I am forever thankful for every one of them.????

We came home from being on vacation to an AC not working and an 80° house. I reached out to Zach Anderson and he had a service tech to our front door within an hour. The tech was professional and knowledgeable and fixed our issue within a couple hours. We are now back in business with a cooled house just in time for the 90° temps coming tomorrow! We were so impressed, we switched our preventative maintenance program over to them for this fall and next spring. Would highly recommend! Great customer service.
