I recently had my furnace and AC replaced by Aire Serv, and while the process had a few bumps at the start, the way the team handled everything in the end truly earned my business. From the first phone call, Erin at the office was absolutely outstanding. She listened carefully, never rushed me, and made me feel genuinely heard — something that’s rare these days. Her calm professionalism was great on a stressful day. When questions about pricing came up, Manager Ben stepped in and was great to work with. He was patient, factual, and focused on finding a fair solution. His approach is ultimately the reason I chose to stay with Aire Serv. The installation team; Jack, Josh, and Lucas, did excellent work. They were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful in my home, and fun to talk with. I appreciated the diversity and professionalism they brought to the job, and the system looks and runs great. Shanda was a pleasure to work with, she was thorough and a delight to talk to. Grateful for her attention to detail and clear communication. My only advice to future customers is to shop around and compare quotes, it can really help your bottom line. And I will say this: Aire Serv showed they are willing to stand behind their service and make things right, and that matters a lot to me. Ran into some furnace issues, was able to quickly schedule online (which I appreciate) and Sam Hallstrom came out within the hour. He explained everything well and got my furnace running again after a few hours of cleaning and a motor replacement. Payment was easy. Very glad to have the heat back on and would definitely use again in the future.

We had an amazing young man, Austin, come out to service our furnace. He worked miracles on our unit to get it up and running again. Highly, recommend this company. They were quick to get me in to service the unit. Gave a nice text beforehand to make sure time selected still worked and then sent a picture of the technician so you knew who to expect. Pricing was in line with other companies and by participating in their monthly program you get lots of extra benefits for future needs. Thanks again!!

Sam was our onsite tech that came out for an inspection on the furnace. He was very knowledgeable with all of the ins and outs of the furnace. He showed me a few issues that had been found with our furnace. Given our furnace is only about 2 years old he was still able to find things that had not been set up correctly and was able to fix quick. We ended up adding a UV device to our furnace for cleaner air. Sam was awesome in explaining how it works and every possible option to help air quality. Sam was also able to clean our fan wheel quickly. Thank you, Sam.

Lucas Schroeder is such an amazing professional. He knows what he’s doing, he always asks if there is anything he can show or explain. When he installed our furnace, he was the first one to come and the last one to leave, making sure everything runs smoothly. It was a very cold day. He comes, does his work, serious and quiet. What an amazing and hardworking young man! I give him 5 +! This company takes care of its customers, 100 percent. They always call and text when on their way, they explain what they’re doing, they don’t leave a mess, and so far, I met about 5,6 of them, and I was impressed with their manners! Highly recommend!
