I called to get an estimate for a new outside compressor to replace my 30 year old unit. Scott showed up at my door within about a half hour. He spent about 2 hours with me going over everything. He understood that I'm 68 years old on a fixed income with not a lot of money to spend. He is very knowledgeable and didn't try pressuring me into buying anything that I didn't need. He was thorough on all the options that I can always add later. With the financing, I'm getting affordable payments. Scott is definitely my A/C guy and I'm looking forward to my new air conditioning to be installed this week.
UPDATE:
Terrell and I think it was Josh just left after installing my new a/c unit. I couldn't be happier. Both were knowledgeable in their work and were so nice. They worked efficiently and effectively. It was a pleasure having them in my home. Thanks guys.

They also took care of details of extra stuff they did and I am most appreciative.

Joe was very good in explaining estimates and took the time to deliver the paperwork in person.
