Kyle came to my house to give me a quote for an urgent AC replacement (grounded compressor). He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he took his time to calculate the heat load and even inspect my attic. Within a couple of days thereafter, my AC was replaced. Kyle, Patrick, and their team did a marvelous job, were professional, and very clean! They patiently answered all of my questions (and I had many!) and the entire installation process was done in several hours. I also liked the fact that they are training younger guys to do the job and do well. Overall, totally recommend this "Tackle" team!

Patrick Higgins (technician and owner) took our call, last minute, the Friday before temperatures were supposed to drop to the 20s over the weekend. He ensured my family had a working heating unit before the severe cold weather arrived. The next day he reached out to follow up and make sure the equipment continued to work properly.
