Our heating system broke down a few days after the big snowstorm. Serhii came the same day and did a very thorough diagnostic and identified the problem. Amazing service! My heating stopped working, and the technician arrived very quickly. He diagnosed the issue right away — the thermostat had failed. The best part was that he had several thermostat options with him, and we chose a Wi-Fi model. He installed it, set everything up, and now I can control my heating right from my phone. Had a great experience with the AC service and dryer vent cleaning. The tech Serhii was friendly, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly.
