From the start, inquiring and booking my appointment with the office was easy, staff was polite and helpful. mark t put me in contact with the office promptly. Sabrina did a great job getting me a quicker service appointment date than other companies in the area. Day of service Ezekiel and his helper arrived exactly on time ready to work, the two of them conducted themselves extremely professionally with good attitudes and honest feedback. he gave me a clear state of health with my older system and the work he had preformed on this visit, in addition to he advised me on the next steps to ensure proper safe running for the upcoming season. To accompany his advised work to follow he presented an estimate promptly that put me in contact with the office to schedule. I will be requesting Ezekiel for all my service going forward. It is no surprise to me Falite Bros is celebrating 50 years of service in 2026, good work stands the test of time. Thank you.

In November 2024, Falite Brothers in Wakefield installed a new air conditioner unit to replace our 19-year-old one.We have had Falite service our old a/c for about the past 17 years. We have been happy with their service through the years and when it was time to replace the old unit, we hired Falite.The whole process went smoothly and the responsiveness of all that were involved was impressive. We first met with the John the Sales Manager who helped in selecting the unit to be installed and promptly provided us with an estimate. Sue from Billing was very helpful in guiding us through the electronic process of accepting the estimate and the process to make deposit payment. Matt the Installation Manager kept in contact with us to plan installation dates. He was always quick to respond to our questions and so very helpful.On the day of installation, we were very pleased with Jim, Andrew and Armando. We couldn't have asked for a more impressive crew. It was a hard job, carrying the air handler up and into the attic and working in not very comfortable attic conditions, along with the outside work installing the condenser and making sure everything was hooked up and went well. They were diligent and thorough in their work and attentive to our questions during the process. They were truly professional and most pleasant and respectful workers we have met.We were very pleased with Jim, Andrew and Armando. Installed/replaced new central air conditioning and heating June 26, 2022. In November 2022 I started using the heat. It was very loud and made rubbing sounds. I called Falite to come and check this issue but they informed me that they do not service the equipment and only install. I reminder them that my system was under warranty and they installed the system so they need to made a service call to my home. The technician came, listened and did nothing else . He said all these burners are loud and he left. In March 2023 my home was full of soot. Ceilings, walls, carpets drapes and furniture. I called Falite a number of times and always had to leave a message. No one called me back. So I called my homeowners insurance company who came to my aide and was sympathetic to what happened in my home. I will never recommend Falite Bros., Wakefield.I hired my oil company to come and see what was wrong with the burner. The technician said by only looking at the system “This is installed incorrectly “. He then spent 3 hours repairing this new burner.
