Fantastic business with the very best of customer service. I started regularly scheduled maintenance and service with this company about six months ago, starting with my AC unit. The attention to detail with their maintenance program is the best I’ve ever seen. A few days ago when doing my first ever furnace maintenance with them for the winter season, their technician discovered cracks In the heat exchanger. These cracks had not been previously discovered by other businesses that had serviced my HVAC system. The technician was able to show me the very clear and undeniable cracks and corrosion damage in the heat system with a snaked camera. These kind of cracks can allow exhaust gases to enter the home and pose a dangerous carbon monoxide poisoning threat. HVAC Comfort was able to get me on the schedule and have a new furnace installed in my home only 36 hours later on a Saturday. The installation crew was fantastic, From the booties they wear to protect the home, to the clear explanations they provide to what they’re doing - the removal & insulation service was exceptional. This company’s customer service and communication style is the very best in the business. They provide photos of the service personnel that are arriving at your home, They provide tracking of the crews so you can predict when they’ll be at your property. Not only did they answer calls, including on weekends, I accidentally dialed their number and immediately hung up, and they still took the time to text me and call me back regarding even that call. I included photos from my recent service, you can see where the unit was removed, and the new unit that was installed. Their detailed and thorough maintenance protected my family and home. Chris who came out to set up everything before hand was considerate kind and honest. Chris and the project manger called off and on the day before to make sure we were alright without having heat and power going in and out. Gavin did a great job. He was very personable and respectful of my home. He explained the steps he was taking in diagnosing my problem. He offered options for moving forward, explaining what each entailed, without pressuring me towards any in particular. He serviced my furnace efficiently. I was very pleased with his service. I highly recommend HVAC Comfort Inc for any home furnace needs. Chad was a real professional who thoroughly inspected our old furnace and with the support of detailed photographs explained clearly why it was time for a new furnace. He was great to work with. The following day the new furnace was installed by Jack, Alex and Victor who were very professional and polite. They installed the new furnace and did an excellent job and the finished work was solid and clean. Its great to have peace of mind that our home will be properly heated, especially with this extreme cold in the area were experiencing in late January 2026.
