Called last min because I thought I lost heat and my furnace broke. Turns out it was just an error on my part and the switch had accidentally gotten turned off. Tech was out to my house in 5 min. They are really great! These guys installed a vent fan in my bathroom at a reasonable price too on a different date. Works very well. Thank you to the people here that answered my call when I needed you the most. Despite it being a false alarm, the tech was patient prompt honest and professional about what was going on he even cleaned my furnace for me . Myself and others appreciate you!!! Highly recommend. Call these guys! Price was high due to the holiday but it’s better to be safe than sorry. Thanks mechanical heating and cooling !!

The sales team was great, and the installation team was prompt and efficient. Only hiccup was a day of reconfiguring the attaching of the units duct work. Otherwise I would've gave 5 for sure. Thanks a ton Mechanical!

I had a great experience with the staff at Mechanical Heating and Cooling. I began getting quotes for A/C system in the spring of 2025. I was not in need of a furnace at the time, so I postponed my decision until the fall when I needed a furnace replacement because my heat exchanger went bad. John Mifsud was my sales consultant, and he did an awesome job of designing a Furnace replacement with new installation of A/C system that suited my needs. My technicians Daniel Grafton and Brian Mustafa were my installers and did an amazing job while listening to my concerns. Daniel and Brian did a fantastic on my installation and gave me education on how to change my filter and operate my thermostat. All three were very patient, understanding, and professional with the planning of my HVAC units. All the information I received was very clear and no questions went unanswered. I was given my manuals for all the equipment which made the work not only professional but exceptional I really appreciate your hard work on my furnace installation in a prompt fashion the team was very successful. Thank you. Disclaimer the financing plan does not actually get you paid in full in 36 months at 0% so do your math and plan to pay extra monthly to get you to the finish line at 0% this can go back and cost you full interest from day one if not paid in full ahead of time.
