I can’t say enough good things about Ductworks Heating and Cooling. I originally found them online while researching companies that service Carrier units, and after doing my homework, I decided to sign up for their Gold Plan. Nick in the office made the process easy, and they sent Jagger out for the annual maintenance visit. From the beginning, everyone was professional, friendly, and thorough.Then this past weekend, I came home to find the air conditioning system completely off and the house at 76 degrees. When I went downstairs, the board was shut down, and something was leaking from the unit. I called over the weekend and left a message. Jonathan and John quickly got back to me. They were incredibly considerate when I explained that I was heading into a very busy and stressful week. I have an animal at home, so it was important to me not to leave the house with the windows open while dealing with the problem.They sent Zach out on Monday morning to fix the issue, and he was excellent. Having the Gold Plan absolutely paid off — the service call was relatively inexpensive and gave me real peace of mind.Every person I’ve interacted with at Ductworks has been knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely caring. This is a well-run company with great people, and I highly recommend them.

After I had 3 no shows of an HVAC contractor, I called Ductworks. Not only did Zach show up early he was so professional and kind. He taught me a great deal about how my heat pump works. All this time I thought it wasn't working right, it was!!Just to take the time to explain everything he is doing and then what he did down to their charges, there were no surprises. Very thorough and professional! There's no one else I will call!! If I could give him 10 ??'s I would!!!
Amazing experience..Jagger and Zachary were super friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. They replaced a water heater for my wife and I that was 22 years old. I have a great eye for detail and they impressed me with the quality of their work, perfection! I highly recommend Ductworks, especially if the team of Jagger and Zachary show up at your door. They will not disappoint! I will be personally requesting the two of them when I have my furnace and A.C. replaced here shortly.
