Bought my home somewhat recently and this was my first time having someone out to work on it. Was having oil tank/furnace issues. Terry arrived to my appointment early, diagnosed the issue quickly and was very transparent about pricing. Ended up paying less than I was quoted for the repairs! Will definitely continue to use them for my annual service.
I'd give Precise 6 stars if I could. Our furnace failed just before the onset of a brutal cold spell. Needless to say, we needed to have it repaired quickly. After some preliminary research, I started to make some calls. From the moment the phone was answered, my experience with Precise was absolutely superb. The young lady who answered the phone was polite, understanding, and very helpful. The initial technician who showed up arrived on time and communicated what was wrong and next steps respectfully and clearly. The person sent out to discuss our options was again on time, very knowledgeable, understanding, and explained our options thoroughly. More importantly, we never felt like we were being pressured into spending any more than we were comfortable with. Thereafter, the technicians who showed up to do the installation were again on time, respectful and diligent, performing a clean install and leaving no trace when they left. When a follow up piece of work needed to be completed (new dampers), communication was again superb, and the technician showed up on time and completed the job quickly and cleanly. Without question one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Very highly recommended.
I had an HVAC emergency and Precise HVAC Home Services responded in less than 24 hours. Interestingly, my unit miraculously started blowing air again the day before my appointment, but I decided to keep the visit for peace of mind. I’m so glad I did. Jose Crespo Junior came out and performed a thorough diagnostic to find out exactly what had gone wrong. His technical recommendation was spot on and exactly what was needed to ensure it doesn't happen again. Highly professional, efficient, and reassuring service!
The technician came to my house supposedly to perform routine maintenance on the heating system. However, he touched another part of my water boiler that he was not authorized to touch, since the service call was only for heating maintenance.After his visit, one of my hot water heating valves no longer works, even though it was working perfectly before and I personally operated it with no issue.Instead of taking responsibility, he claimed my system is old and said I need to replace both units. From my experience, it seems he was more interested in selling new equipment than actually helping or fixing the system.I do not recommend this company at all.
Jose and the rest of the crew were excellent! The communication about the job was great! They were willing to answer any questions that i had and explained everything from start to finish. Also they were very neat.
