My experience with TMS had some challenges, but I appreciate that they ultimately made things right. I ordered a specific kitchen sink and a smaller garbage disposal. On the first scheduled installation, the installers arrived without the sink. On the second visit, they again came without it and had to return to the warehouse to pick it up.An apprentice handled the initial installation work. The wrong sink was installed, and the installation caused my countertop to lift about half an inch. To avoid an even longer wait, I agreed to keep the sink, and it was trimmed to make it appear like the correct fit. They ultimately had to hire a contractor to correct the issue.Despite the frustrations along the way, everyone was very nice and they stuck with the job until everything was corrected and we were satisfied with the final result.
I had a fixture I needed changed out, but no electrician would touch it due to the height of my ceilings. Total Mechanical Systems did not bat an eye. They came in with scaffolding and took care of it. Jared and Dave were professional, efficient, clean, and respectful. They even offered suggestions that were practical. I would use them any time. Many thanks to the team of Nick, Kyle, and Finn! They were polite, professional and friendly as they worked all day long to replace my boiler to bring heat back to my cold, cold house. I was impressed with how hard they worked and how focused they were as they removed my old boiler and installed the new one.
