I had our air condition services . While the team was there they found the cause of another issue. They worked fast and explained what they did I am very happy with the service and will continue to work with them.
M+S is simply the best. Kent is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Ray has serviced the furnace and air conditioner at many of our properties and is always super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and give us confidence they care about keeping our systems running well and even gives us tips on what we can and should be performing regularly ourselves. On a side note, we tried a different company once and only once. We've regretted not using M+S that one time multiple times since.
M&S is great! Our furnace went out and they were able to come out the same day we called them. Ended up having to get a new HVAC system. They always showed up when they said and always polite, friendly and courteous

Had a central heat that would not turn off. They were able to get someone out within a few days. Tech was very professional and informative and kept me updated about what he was doing and options to fix it if it didn't work. Will be using again in the future.
