HVAC issues and/or concerns can be a little unnerving. Not with Mountain West. I recently reached out to them for a service call after reading so many good reviews. They did not disappoint. The service rep Justin Blake was professional, knowledgable and provided excellent service. He found several issues to which he provided pictures and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. NO high pressure sales pitch which I have experienced with other HVAC companies.

I would not hesitate to recommend them. They will definitely be my go to for all of my HVAC needs. Thank you Mountain West.

Every aspect, from answering questions ( including listening and explaining in just the right amount of details) quality of workmanship, quality of replacement parts and removal of old water heater was excellent. Both technicians ( I wish I remembered their names) was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. From the person who came out to give me a quote to the four person team that did the installation, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very hard. When they were done, my house was spotless. They protected my floors and walls and showed great care. The pricing was very reasonable. It has been almost a week since our installation and everything has been awesome! Our home was built in 1971 and has a two bedroom one bath garage conversion with no ductwork to one bedroom and minimal to the other. When we moved in we had a non working swamp cooler and a furnace from 1987 so an upgrade was definitely needed.
From start to finish everything ran smoothly and was completed on time. My wife and I would like to thank the entire Mountain West team for a great job. We highly recommend giving Mountain West a call.
