I love this company. Mountain West installed our AC and furnace a few years ago. We were happy with the cost, service and honesty. No price gouging like so many that will try to upsell you unnecesarily.Today, Justin Blake, one of the technicians, did our bi annual service. HVAC issues and/or concerns can be a little unnerving. Not with Mountain West. I recently reached out to them for a service call after reading so many good reviews. They did not disappoint. The service rep Justin Blake was professional, knowledgable and provided excellent service. He found several issues to which he provided pictures and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. NO high pressure sales pitch which I have experienced with other HVAC companies.I would not hesitate to recommend them. They will definitely be my go to for all of my HVAC needs. Mountain West has always been reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. After a few years of Mountain West nursing my old AC, Justin, Cody, Elliot, and Deric just installed my new AC and furnace. They were friendly, informative, and professional throughout and I truly value their integrity and workmanship. I shopped around for prices and spoke with friends who have recently had to replace AC and furnace. They all approved of the pricing and service. I’m very happy that I choose Mountain West HVAC family owned business to replace my old water heater. Every aspect, from answering questions ( including listening and explaining in just the right amount of details) quality of workmanship, quality of replacement parts and removal of old water heater was excellent. Both technicians ( I wish I remembered their names) was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had my furnace and AC system replaced by Mountain West Heating and Air. They did an outstanding job. From the person who came out to give me a quote to the four person team that did the installation, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very hard. When they were done, my house was spotless. They protected my floors and walls and showed great care. The pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend Mountain West Heating and Air to anyone who is looking for a first rate company at a fair price.
