I don’t normally post reviews, but at this very moment I am frustrated with Hoillday hearing. They came to my house mid December to replace a furnace and do some electrical work. While getting the electrical work done, one of the gentleman broke one of my storm windows. I was assured that it would be taken care of in a week or two. Well, here it is almost twomonths, and I still do not have my window fixed. I have called over and over and some how no one can get back to me to tell me what is going on. It seems once Mitch and Chris get your money, they don’t care. No professional at all. I would not recommend this business.Update: Mitch contacted me about the window and was finally able to get it fixed. He apologized and admitted he should have contacted me sooner.I would say my experience with their workers was a pleasure. And they did a great job with my furnace, hot water heater, plus the electrical work we had done.
So,so happy!! We had a service tech come out to just do a maintenance check. The tech ( Jory ) showed up exactly on time and was extremely friendly and as it turned out very, very knowledgeable.We now have a heat pump that works correctly ( it never did before hand). He also reset the fan speeds to accommodate the the numerous other changes he made.Our house is now being heated efficiently and quietly.Thank you Jory and Holiday Heating, you guys rock!!
Great service as always! Miguel the technician was right on time and certainly knowledgeable. I was looking for a quote on a significant electrical project at home to run power to my out building. He listened to what I needed, made great recommendations and educated me on key electrical issues. I will be using them for this project.
Daniel from Holiday heating is incredible! Knowledgeable and efficient. Went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. He literally saved us thousands of dollars by being able to fix our boiler, when two other companies had communicated that it had to be completely replaced. We will definitely use Holliday for all of our heating and electrical needs. Best call I’ve made since moving here.
We were due for an annual checkup and wanted to try a new company so decided on Holiday Heating. Nick showed up promptly on our scheduled date and gave me a 30 minute heads up. He was professional, courteous and very thorough with a complete checkup of our furnace and cooling system. Took photos of every item on his checklist for future reference and reviewed with me after. The bill was very reasonable for the time and work performed and we will gladly use Holiday Heating on a regular basis and recommend you give them a try!
