Came home from work this morning and found my heating was not working coming into the weekend and I was worried nobody would be able to show up, gave Redeemed the call and they had a guy here within a few hours and fixed my system. It had me up and going within one hour. I would definitely recommend this place. They did a fantastic job keeping my family warm for this weekend.
Friendly upon arrival. Took time to greet the pets when they presented themselves. Explained what he was going to be doing. Explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Showed me items that may be a problem in the future. He seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Cleaned up after himself and suggested items that would be helpful in maintaining my equipment and the quality of my environment. Very personable.
The team was at my home 30 minutes early, had two wonderful men that came in and changed the water heater. It is a specialty water heater (so it was a little more time consuming), they done exactly what we were told they would do and a the exact price they said it would cost!! It has been the best by far the best home service we have had in the Ozarks!! Thank you Jeremiah and Justin for everything you done!! God bless you both!!
