They were here within 4 hrs and the tech was very upfront and honest with me, told me the cost and got to work right away. The tech was very kind and professional. I had a great experience with Skagg's. This was my first time using them and they were easy to schedule, I received a text before the technician showed up to let me know that he was on his way, and it was an easy process! I scheduled them just to have the filters changed and checked over and they found an issue and repaired it quickly.
