We purchased a service contract for our system to be checked twice a year. We do not have to worry, we get called that it is time, and schedule an appointment. They arrive, get to work and done. All systems are checked, new filters and let us know if anything is wrong. The workers are absolutely professional, nice and knowledgeable.
