We recently decided to replace our approximately 40 plus year old electric furnace before it decided to expire. Our neighbor recommended that we contact Kent Witham. We were very pleased that we did. They gave us an excellent price for a new heat pump system. The installation went quickly and smoothly. The installation technicians were very efficient and courteous. They even tolerated my numerous questions. After installation, it was discovered that the system was not operating correctly. Their technician diagnosed the problem as a bad control card. It had to be ordered and was installed as soon as it was received. Every thing has worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend Kent Witham Air for your HVAC needs.

The technician showed up ON TIME and was absolutely professional, he explained what and why the problem is, he came up with an excellent solution for our issues, fixed the problems TIMELY. There was no SHENANIGANS or fluff and puff trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. I couldn’t be happier. They charged me a very fair price for same-day service. KWA will be MY company I choose from now on. Thank you KWA for being such an amazing Honest company!
